Together with culinary buddy Food and Puns, an intimate Winter dining experience will be presented in a chic Carlton apartment location paired with a menu of beautifully home-cooked food to match.
Brought to you by Tish Tambakau from Cook In and Juan Ojeda from Food and Puns, the night will feature a cook-off between the two contrasting influences - from bold asian flavours to hearty Southern style cooking with a combination of French cooking techniques. The result? An ULTIMATE Modern Australian spread to tantalise your tastebuds.
We wanted everyone to take part in the entire process, so we let them vote for the ingredients THEY want on the menu, be in the kitchen with us for the prep journey and learn culinary techniques that they can take home with them!
We released 3 boxes with key ingredients to form our crowd-sourced inspiration. Box 1 took home the prize and we curated a menu based on these key ingredients...
The evening will consist of: - 6 courses inc. 2 entrees, 2 mains and 2 desserts - A vote for your favourite dishes of the night - Cooking techniques and tips shared in a take-home pocket book
