Eggs Soufflé Recipe

2 x eggs, split whites from yolk
Use 2 egg whites, fluffled up in a bowl using a whisk (like a meringue). Whisk for 10 minutess then season with salt & pepper.
Heat pan oil, using a ring mould on the pan. Pour the meringue egg whites in, put the yolk on top gently. Cover with egg whites over top.
Cook for about 2 ½ minutes, then flip & cook for another 1 minute. Serve.
