Easy Soy Sauce Stir Fry Macaroni Pasta Noodles Recipe
Updated: Apr 16, 2020

As a child, this was a usual dish in our household. Never did I think it was unusual or strange, until I realised that no one else knew about it well into my adulthood.
Mum would make this when we hosted children's parties, and though it was aimed to be enjoyed by the kids, I distinctly remember even the adults going back for seconds and even thirds!
It's an easy to make dish reminscient of a soy sauce fried rice, but instead of rice, the big chunks of macaroni make it a fun & unique dish to serve & eat.
